Where are your products manufactured?
Why are your prices lower than so many retailers?
Having the ability to manufacture our own products gives us the ability to cut a lot of third party costs, and keep large inventory of our product on hand at all times.
Does your product have an expiration date?
Yes, this varies between 2-3 years after the date of manufacturing.
What if I input the wrong shipping address?
Unfortunately, we are unable to change the shipping address once the order has been shipped. If you happen to notice quickly, email customerservice@hqnutrition.ca and we will adjust your order. If you notice your orders shipping details were wrong after your package shipped, you can contact the courier for advice. We advise you to update your shipping information in your HQ Nutrition account settings to avoid future issues.
How long does delivery take?
We guarantee preparing your order and shipping it out within 24hrs after purchase, from Monday-Friday. Depending on where you're located, delivery can take anytime between 1-7 business days.
